  1. Soak the beans overnight.
  2. Pressure cook the next day till 3/4th done.
  3. Add chopped pumpkin, salt and slit green chillies.
  4. Cook with a little water.
  5. When the pumpkin and the beans are completely cooked
  6. pour hot oil tempered with curry leaves into it.
  7. Add the coconut milk and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups - coconut milk
1 cup - black eyed beans
1 cup - white pumpkin, chopped
1 cup - pumpkin
4 - green chillies, slit
6 - curry leaves
1 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
