1 - small stick cinnamon
2 - bay leaves
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
2 tsp - coriander powder
2 tsp - red chillie powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tbsp - curds
3 cups - water
3 - cloves
some finely chopped coriander leaves
5 to 6 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
