Method
- Boil onion and pista with little water.
- Grind and make a thick paste of green chilly, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, white pepper, coriander leaves, boiled onion, pista and salt.
- Cook the masala in oil for 5 mins till the raw smell goes.
- Put the sliced Tofu in the masala and cook for 3 mins.
- When the tofu is done, add milk to it and cook for 2 mins.
- If you want thin gravy, add more milk.
Note:
This goes well with Chappathi and Fried rice.
You can also do this with microwave oven.
