2 - medium sized onions (finely chopped)
3 to 4 flakes - garlic (finely chopped)
2 to 3 - medium tomatoes (finely chopped
½ tsp - asafetida
2 to 3 - green chilies (finely chopped)
1 tsp - garam masala
1 or 2 tsp - fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
sufficient water to cook
salt to taste
