Method
Microwave pepper and cumin for 1 min, then add beet root, tomato, coriander and curry leaves.
Add some water, cook for 3 mins and allow it to cool.
Grind in mixer.
Add 2 cups of water and salt.
Microwave on medium for 3 mins.
Add 1 tsp of ghee
