Beet root rasam

Method
  1. Microwave pepper and cumin for 1 min, then add beet root, tomato, coriander and curry leaves.
  2. Add some water, cook for 3 mins and allow it to cool.
  3. Grind in mixer.
  4. Add 2 cups of water and salt.
  5. Microwave on medium for 3 mins.
  6. Add 1 tsp of ghee
Ingredients:
1/2 cup - beet root
4 - tomatoes
1 tsp - black peeper
1 tsp - cumin
6 pods - garlic
1/2 cup - coriander
curry leaves
