Method
  1. To make mango pulp, first wash the mangoes
  2. Peel the skin and remove the pulp with the help of a knife.
  3. Use a blender or food processor to puree mango pulp.
  4. Take some lukewarm milk; add kesar, salt and sugar.
  5. Allow it to cool. After the sugar is completely dissolved add the mango puree.
  6. You can also add cardamom and nutmeg powder optionally.

Serving tip: Serve chilled ammras with hot puris.

Ingredients:
2 - pulp of medium-sized mangoes
1 cup - milk
2 tbsp - sugar (approximately, depending how sweet the mangoes are)
1 tsp - salt
Some kesar/saffron strands
1 tsp - cardamom powder (optional)
1 tsp - nutmeg powder (optional)
