Method
- To make mango pulp, first wash the mangoes
- Peel the skin and remove the pulp with the help of a knife.
- Use a blender or food processor to puree mango pulp.
- Take some lukewarm milk; add kesar, salt and sugar.
- Allow it to cool. After the sugar is completely dissolved add the mango puree.
- You can also add cardamom and nutmeg powder optionally.
Serving tip:
Serve chilled ammras with hot puris.
