Coconut Milk Jelly

  1. Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of gelatin in 1/4 cup of water
  2. Boil 1 cup of water separately in a bowl and place the gelatin-water mixture in it. Stir continuously till all the gelatin dissolves.
  3. Boil milk, coconut milk and sugar together in a hard bottomed vessel. Stir continuously till the sugar dissolves.
  4. When sugar dissolves completely, add gelatin mixture to it and stir well.
  5. When the mixture starts thickening, remove from fire and allow it to cool.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
  7. After refrigerating place the bowl up-side down on a plate and slowly remove the bowl.
  8. The jelly will be in a thickened form.
  9. Decorate the jelly top with mixed fruit jam and dry fruits.
