Method
- Place the dates in 4 individual serving dishes; set aside.
- In a small sauce pan, heat the butter over medium heat until it begins to
bubble.
- Reduce the heat and add the cinnamon and the flour to the butter.
- Mix and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until the mixture
is a soft paste.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the dates.
- Allow to cool . Sprinkle with confectioner`s sugar.
Ingredients:
3/4 pound whole dates, pits removed
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1&1/2 tbsp confectioner`s sugar
