Method
- Wash the rice very well until the water runs clear.
- Boil 3 cups of water.
- Add the rice and cook uncovered for 5 mins. Drain.
- Combine milk, sugar and cinnamon in a large pan and boil.
- Add the rice and stir well.
- Simmer uncovered for about 30 mins or until most of the milk is reduced.
- Remove from heat, add the kiwi, cardamom seeds and half the almonds.
- Before serving, add cream and decorate with almond flakes.
