Method
- In a pan, make sugar syrup with enough water to cover the sugar.
- In another kadai, heat ghee, add besan and let it mix well. Make sure no lumps are formed.
- Now, add the sugar syrup to this and go on stirring on medium flame.
- When the mixture thickens and starts forming a lump in the centre (without sticking to the walls), transfer to a well greased plate.
- Let it cool and then cut into pieces.
