Method
  1. In a pan, make sugar syrup with enough water to cover the sugar.
  2. In another kadai, heat ghee, add besan and let it mix well. Make sure no lumps are formed.
  3. Now, add the sugar syrup to this and go on stirring on medium flame.
  4. When the mixture thickens and starts forming a lump in the centre (without sticking to the walls), transfer to a well greased plate.
  5. Let it cool and then cut into pieces.

1 cup - besan/gram flour
1 cup - ghee
2 cups - sugar
