Strawberry Ice cream
Method
- Cut the strawberries and blend in a mixer without adding any water.
- Move to a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Put the mixture in a blender and blend once again.
- Keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove it and blend again.
- Repeat the process about 4 times.
- Finally freeze overnight.
- It can be consumed whenever required.
Ingredients:
About 2 cups - strawberries
1 can - unsweetened condensed milk
Sugar as per taste
1 and 1/2 cups - milk
1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
Salt a pinch
