Method
- In a pan take butter.
- Cut apple into slices and roast with butter and milkmaid.
- After softens, add cinammon powder and some powdered biscuits
- In another pan, take milk, custard and sugar.
- Prepare custard.
- For serving, place in a bowl one layer of the apple mixture, powdered biscuits and pour in the custard..
- Refrigerated till it is set and serve.
Ingredients:
1 - big apple
3 tbsp - milkmaid
1 1/2 tsp - cinnammon powder
1/4 litre - milk
1/2 packet - custard powder
Powdered marie biscuits mixed with a little ghee
2 tsp - butter
