Vanilla Ice Cream

Method
  1. Cut the basic ice-cream into small pieces and put it in a vessel.
  2. Add cream, vanilla essence and churn gently with an hand blender till the mixture is soft and fluffy.
  3. Pour in a plastic/ tin container and cover with a foil/ cling film.
  4. Close the lid of the container and put it in the freezer and allow it to set.
  5. Serve vanilla ice-cream with chocolate sauce garnished with chopped cashew-nuts or serve with cold coffee, prepare cold coffee and serve with a dollop of vanilla ice-cream or serve with strawberry crush or with fruit salad.

1 - basic ice cream
� tsp - vanilla essence
� cup - cream (optional)
