Method
  1. Peel the mangoes and remove the pulp.
  2. Strain the pulp in a sieve.
  3. Blend the mango pulp with sugar to a smooth consistency.
  4. Add milk and cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate to chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Ingredients:
1dozen - alphonso mangoes (soaked in water for an hour)
1 cup - milk
little ground sugar (as per taste)
1/4 tsp - cardamom powder (optional)
