Method
Take around 250 g of carrots and boil it till very tender.
Then mash the carrots to a paste in a blender or processor.
Take milk and boil it.
Let it boil till the conent reduces a bit.
Add 50 gm khoya to it and stir well to make it thick.
Add sugar coording to sweetness required.
Now add the carrot puree. Stir well.
Decorate with rosted cashwes roasted raisins and pistachios.
Also decorate with silver foil and rosepetals and serve.
