Method
- Soak the cashewnuts in water for 2 hours and blend them into a fine paste in a mixer.
- Heat the milk and when the milk comes to the boiling point add the cashewnut paste, milkmaid and sugar.
- Stir the mixture and cook well for 10-15 minutes .
- Garnish with cucumber seeds, grated almonds and raisins. Serve hot or cold.

100 g - cashewnut
1 litre - milk
1 tbsp - milkmaid
3 cups - sugar
1 tsp - cucumber seeds
1 tsp - grated almonds
1 tsp - raisins
