By : Saroj KeringSprinkle gelatine crystals over water in a small container.
Keep aside for 5 minutes, heat indirectly, till dissolved.
Or prepare the china grass solution as per directions of manufacturer.
Add all ingredients together except fruit.
Pour in a container, chill till semi-set.
Add half the fruit, mix in with a fork, allow to set completely.
Cut up and serve with the remaining fruit.
Making time: 15 minutes (excluding setting time)
Makes: 3 servings
