  1. Cook the rice

  2. Add milk, condensed milk and sugar to rice

  3. Mix well

  4. Let is boil till payasam thickens

  5. Add cardamom powder and raisins

  6. Stir the payasam

  7. Serve hot or cold

Makes: 4 servings
Sheflife: Best fresh

Ingredients:
1 litre milk
1 cup brown broken rice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
1/2 cup condensed milk
15-20 raisins
