Method
Crumble the paneer and grind to a smooth paste, with � cup of milk.
Boil remaining milk and simmer on low flame till it is reduced to � its volume.
Add sugar and stir till it is dissolved.
Mix in the paneer paste and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and rose essence.
Serve garnished with shredded nuts.
