Boil green paes for five mintues. Refresh in cold water and grind to a fine paste.
Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and add green peas paste and cook for a few mintues, stirring constantly. Keep aside.
Boil milk and add it to the cooked green peas paste. Cook on low heat for 20 mintues or till the milk is reduced to half. Add sugar cardamom powder, sliced pistachios and raisins. Cook for eight to ten mintues on low heat, stirring continuously till done. Serve chilled.
