Method
  1. Take a deep microwave glass bowl.
  2. First put the cake and cut it lightly in square shapes.
  3. Now put the sugar syrup on the cake to soak it.
  4. then spread a layer of custard on it covering it from all the corners.
  5. Then arrange the fruit in layers.
  6. Pour remaining custard on it.
  7. On this spread the layer of cream covering the corners.
  8. Next arrange the jelly pices cut in different shapes.
  9. In the spaces between the jelly pieces put in the dry fruits.
  10. Place the bowl in fridge for an hour or so till the pudding sets.
  11. Serve chilled.

Ingredients:
1 - plain sponge cake
2 cups - sugar syrup
1 1/2 cup - prepared custard
sliced fruits ( banana, apple, mosambi, papaya, grapes) as per requirement.
1 cup - fresh cream
prepared jelly
dry fruits ( few raisins, almonds, pistachio's )
