Apple Roll with Vanilla Cream
Method
- Mix the flour, oil and salt.
- Add water and prepare a soft dough.
- Knead well, divide into 4 portions and roll out into chapattis.
- Put a little apple mixture in each chapatti and close.
- Arrange the stuffed chapatti's on a greased baking tray.
- Brush lightly with a little butter and bake in a hot oven at 200 Deg C for 10 minutes.
- Serve with cold vanilla cream.
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
4 tbsp - whole wheat flour or plain flour
1 tsp - oil
a pinch salt
