Method
- In a bowl, blend condensed milk, curd and honey.
- Dissolve geletin in 1/2 cup hot water and add to the curd mixture and leave to set in the refrigerator.
- When half set, add the soaked raisins and keep again in the fridge to set.
- Decorate with chopped mango cubes, fresh diced peaches or chopped strawberries.
Ingredients:
1/2 tin - condensed milk
500 gms - curd
5 tbsp - honey
50 gms - raisins, soaked overnight
1 1/2 tbsp - geletin
