Tofu Mousse

Method
  1. Drain the Tofu for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the Chocolate chips in a double boiler.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
  4. Place the mousse in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

Optional:
Note:
You can top it with Chocolate shavings or slices of fresh fruit like Strawberry.

1 pack - silken tofu, at room temperature
1/2 pack - unsweetened dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup - honey
