Beetroot Surprise

Method
  1. Boil the beetroot and potatoes.
  2. Soak the soya bean granules in luke warm water
  3. Mash the potatoes and beetroot
  4. Squeeze out the water from soya granules, mix with mashed potatoes and beetroot
  5. Add salt to it and make small balls of it
  6. Make a thin paste of cornflour using water
  7. Heat oil in the pan
  8. Dip each ball in the conflour paste and deep fry it
  9. Enjoy with chutney and sauce
Ingredients:
2 - beetroots
2 - potatoes
50 g - soya granules
1 tsp - cornflour
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
