Puffed Rice Snack

Method
  1. Pour oil in a kadai and add groundnuts, green chillies, garlic, curry leaves.
  2. Saute for 1 min and add salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Later, add puffed rice and saute for 3 mins or till it becomes crisp.
  4. Remove from flame and serve with chopped onions sprinkled over.
Ingredients:
2 cups - puffed rice
2 - green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp - groundnuts
1 tsp - turmeric powder
Curry leaves
2 garlic, crushed
4 tbsp - oil
