Radish paratha

Method
  1. Wash and cut the radish leaves into small pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and roast the besan for 5 min and keep aside.
  3. Again, heat the oil in the pan add chopped onion
  4. When the onion turns red, add the chopped tomato, add salt and spices
  5. When it starts bubbling, add the cut leaves of radish and cook till it is dry
  6. Add the roasted besan and mix well
  7. The stuffing is ready
  8. Knead wheat flour using salt and oil
  9. Make small balls; take 1 ball, roll out into small round shapes
  10. Put in the stuffing, close it and roll out into big parathas
  11. Heat 1 tsp oil on a tava, cook the paratha on both sides
  12. A nice green paratha is ready for tiffin.
  13. Enjoy with radish raita
Ingredients:

For the stuffing:
1 - bunch leaves of radish
2 tbsp - besan
1 - onion
1 - tomato
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp - coriander-jeera powder
Oil for cooking

For the dough:
250g - wheat flour
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp - oil
