Trifle Khoobani (Apricots)

  1. Wash and soak khoobani over night, boil the soaked koobani till it becomes soft and water evaporates.
  2. Add the sugar and cook on low flame till sugar completely melts.
  3. Remove from the gas and add 1 tsp lemon juice to it and keep aside.
  4. Cut the cake into slices and arrange it in the serving dish (preferably rectangular glass dish) then pour in the cooked khoobani evenly on top of it.
  5. Leave it to cool down then transfer it to the refrigerator.
  6. Whipped cream: Make the wip cream as per the instructions on the sacchet and keep it in the refrigerator till it thickens.
  7. Now spread the whipped cream evenly on the khoobani sweet and serve chilled.
