Vegetable Rolls

Method
  1. Mix and mash well all the ingredients of filling in a bowl
  2. Take one slice of bread, dip a little in the buttermilk
  3. Put in the filling and press it in the shape of a roll
  4. Make rolls with all the remaining slices of bread
  5. Deep fry one by one
  6. Enjoy with tomato ketchup
Ingredients:
For the filling:
2 cups - boiled vegetables (potato, carrot, peas, french beans, capsicum)
1 cup - coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp - red chili powder
1 tsp - coriander leaves

For the covering:
10 to 12 - slices of bread
100g - buttermilk
Oil for frying
