  1. Finely chop Green Onions, Spinach, Mint leaves and cilantro.
  2. Heat Oil in a pan, add edmame and fry it until it is little soft.
  3. Add green chillies and fry it for a minute. Add rest of the green leaves and salt and fry it until almost cooked.
  4. Add dhaniya powder at the end and remove it from the heat.
  5. Enjoy with Rice, rotis, naans or puris.

green chillies - 4
green onions
spinach - 1 bunch
mint leaves - 1/4 bunch
cilantro - 1 bunch
dhania powder-1 1/2 spoon
salt according to taste
oil -12 tsp
