Method
- Finely chop Green Onions, Spinach, Mint leaves and cilantro.
- Heat Oil in a pan, add edmame and fry it until it is little soft.
- Add green chillies and fry it for a minute. Add rest of the green leaves and salt and fry it until almost cooked.
- Add dhaniya powder at the end and remove it from the heat.
- Enjoy with Rice, rotis, naans or puris.
