Method
- Beat curd. Add salt & sugar & mix well.
- To this add boiled potato dices & pomegranate seeds.
- Add green chillies & mix well.
- Add a pinch of chaat masala & mix.
- Serve in a glass bowl, garnished with finely chopped coriander leaves & chaat powder.
Note:
Do not make this & keep for long, you make keep all ingredients ready & mix the raita just before serving.
