Method
  1. Beat curd. Add salt & sugar & mix well.
  2. To this add boiled potato dices & pomegranate seeds.
  3. Add green chillies & mix well.
  4. Add a pinch of chaat masala & mix.
  5. Serve in a glass bowl, garnished with finely chopped coriander leaves & chaat powder.

Note:
Do not make this & keep for long, you make keep all ingredients ready & mix the raita just before serving.

Ingredients:
1 cup - boiled potato (cut into 1 cm dices)
1 cup - pomegranate seeds
1 cup - curd
1 tbsp - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 - green chilly (finely chopped)-this is optional.
salt & sugar (to taste)
1/2 tsp - chaat masala
