Method

  1. Take exactly 3 cups of water. Boil it till the water steams down to exactly 2 cups.

  2. Then add 2 cups of milk and 2 teaspoons of tea leaves {the green ones}. Don't add sugar if you are diabetic. Otherwise 3 teaspoons are enough.

  3. Add exactly 35 gms of grated ginger.

  4. Boil for 400 seconds. Your ginger tea is ready.

PS:For best results put 1 teaspoon of chilli powder and pepper.

ginger 35gms, milk(2 cups),water(3 cups), sugar (if required), optional: pepper & chilli powder
