Method
- Heat ghee in a frying pan.
- Fry slices onions to a golden brown.
- Add salt, red chillies, coriander, kasoori methi, garlic and yoghurt and fry the masala till well - browned ad ghee separates from the masala.
- Add the coconut paste, bay leaves, garam masala powder and 1 cup of water and stir.
Note:
Add the vegetables, paneer, meat or koftas now.
Simmer on low heat till gravy gets thick and the vegetables are cooked.
