Method
  1. Grind raw rice urad dal and methi seeds together.
  2. When nearly done add the aval and sago.
  3. Grind to the consistensy of dosa batter.
  4. Ferment the batter for an hour.
  5. Take a non stick tawa.
  6. Smear some oil and make dosa.
  7. Serve with coconut chutney.
Ingredients:
2 cups - raw rice
1/4 cup - udad dal
1 tsp - methi seeds
soak the above ingrediants together
1/4 cup - avul (poha)
1/4 cup - sago
both soaked separately
salt according to taste
