Method
Heat oil or ghee in a kadai.
Add black cumin. When it splutters, add chili and curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
Lower the heat and add rice and salt. Mix gently.
Sprinkle a handful of water and Keep covered on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
