Thotakura Kura(Collard Greens)

Method
    Chop the thotakura along with the stems,wash and cook in the cooker along with a little salt and turmeric. Chop the onion and keep aside. Pour oil in to the frying pan and add all the seasoning items along with green chillies. Make sure the seasoning is optimally fried. Add the onions and fry them till they turn golden brown. Now add the totakura by draining the extra water using a colander (if any). Add a little more salt if required. Keep it on the stove till the bhaji is almost dry. Serve with hot rice.
Ingredients:
thotakura(1 whole bunch)
1 - whole medium sized onion
2 - medium sized green chillies
1 tsp - chana dal
1 tsp - urid dal
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
1 or 2 - redchillies
2 to 3 tsp - cooking oil
salt to taste
turmeric
