Method
  1. Boil the potatoes, peel and cut
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan then switch off the gas when oil is heated
  3. Put in the potatoes and spices
  4. Mix well; aacharl aloo is ready
Ingredients:
250g - baby potatoes
50g - mustard dal
1 tsp - red chillipowder
1/4 tsp - aamchur powder
1/4 tsp - cumin powder
1/4 tsp - mustard oil
Salt as per taste
