Method
  1. Wash and boil lentils with salt.
  2. Add red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, mix well and saute till it is dry.
  3. Put all spice powders, julienned ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  4. Serve hot with naan and salad.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg - mashed lentils/pulse
1 tsp - cumin seed
1 tsp - salt
1 - onion
1/2 tsp - all spices powder
4 - whole chillies
1 tsp - chilli flakes
5 - curry leaves
5 tbsp - oil
2 tbsp - coriander leaves
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
2 - green chillies
1 piece - julienned ginger
