Method
  1. Steam 3-4 medium sized potatoes in a steambag for 6 min in a microwave.
  2. Remove the potatoes from steambag, peel them, and cut them into small cubes.
  3. In a pan put olive oil, put the potatoes in the pan, add turmeric, cumin seeds, paprika and salt.
  4. Cook for 4-5 min till potatoes become soft.

Suggestion: Serve it with puri or plain parantha.

Ingredients:
3-4 meduim sized potatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil/corn oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp of chilli powder/paprika
