1 tsp - finely grated ginger
1/2 cup - besan/chick pea flour
1 tsp - chat masala
1/2 tsp - ajwain seeds
1/2 tsp - onion seeds
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
2 tbsp - chopped green coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil to fry
