Macaroni Pakoda

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil in a glass bowl.
  2. Add a little water (4 or 5 tbsp) to make a thick batter.
  3. Leave for 15 minutes.
  4. Deep fry in oil .
  5. Drain on a tissue paper.
  6. Serve with sweet chilli sauce and garlic sauce
Ingredients:
2 cups - boiled and drained elbow macaroni (use any size or shape)
1 tsp - finely grated garlic
1 tsp - finely grated ginger
1/2 cup - besan/chick pea flour
1 tsp - chat masala
1/2 tsp - ajwain seeds
1/2 tsp - onion seeds
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
2 tbsp - chopped green coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil to fry
