Penne a la Arrabiata

Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, chilli flakes and tomato cancasse. Boil blanch and chop tomatoes.
  3. Add boiled pasta, seasoning, sugar and fresh basil.
  4. Cook for a while till soft.
  5. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
Penne pasta boiled - 180 gms
Tomato concasse - 60 gms
Garlic - 20 gms
Chilli flakes - 5 gms
Basil fresh - 5 gms
Olive oil - 25 ml
Sugar - 5 gms
Salt - 10 gms
