Method
In 1/2 cup ghee or oil, fry curry leaves and fenugreek seeds.
Fry dry crushed red chillies and green chillies.
Now add washed fenugreek and fry well, add potato cubes fry.
Cover and cook on slow flame after adding 1/4 cup of water.
After 5 mins add salt mix, cover and let cook till done.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg - potatoes, chop like for French fries
1/2-3/4 cup - fenugreek leaves (methi)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - fenugreek seeds
2-3 - green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp - dry, crushed red chillies
A few curry leaves
