Rosemary potato

Method
  1. Peel and slice potatoes.
  2. Warm the oil in a non-stick pan and layer sliced potato.
  3. Sprinkle salt and cook until it turns light brown.
  4. Turn it upside down and cook.
  5. When it is almost done, mix black pepper and rosemary.
  6. Serve hot with roti.
  7. It is also good with pan fried fish or baked fish.
Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp chopped rosemary
3 tbsp oil
