Method
- Peel and slice potatoes.
- Warm the oil in a non-stick pan and layer sliced potato.
- Sprinkle salt and cook until it turns light brown.
- Turn it upside down and cook.
- When it is almost done, mix black pepper and rosemary.
- Serve hot with roti.
- It is also good with pan fried fish or baked fish.

1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp chopped rosemary
3 tbsp oil
