Coconut Mango Chutney

Method
  1. Clean the mango, peel cut into small pieces.
  2. Cut chillies, make small bits of coconut.
  3. Grind the mango bits, coconut pieces and chillies along with salt and asofoetida without adding water.
  4. Heat oil, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves.
  5. Pour the seasoning on the chutney.
  6. Serve with rice or dosa.
Ingredients:
1 raw - mango
1/2 - coconut
4 - green chillies
1 tsp - urad dal
1 tsp - mustard
1/4 tsp - asafoetida
1 - sprig curry leaves
2 tsp - oil
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp - methi powder (optional)
Curry leaves, a few
