6 - curry leaves
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - tamarind paste
1 tsp - sambar powder
1 tsp - grated ginger
1/2 tsp - powdered jaggery
A pinch of turmeric powder
A pinch of asafoetida
Ghee to fry
Salt to taste
