Method
  1. Cut potatoes into cubes.
  2. Grind onion, tomato, cashew nuts and mix with cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and some water.
  3. Heat oil, fry potatoes and keep aside.
  4. Add peas and masala paste and fry on medium heat for 2-3 min.
  5. Add fried potatoes and mix.
  6. Add water.
  7. Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 min.

1/2 kg peas (shelled)
2 medium sized potatoes
1 tomato (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
4 cashew nuts
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chillie powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
2 glass water
3 tsp oil
