Method
  1. Soak rice in water for 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add paste mentioned above
  3. Fry till is is red, add buttermilk & turmeric powder
  4. Then add rice & salt and cook till rice is cooked properly
  5. Serve with roti or bajri roti.
Ingredients:
2 cup - rice
3 tsp - ginger, chilli & garlic paste
turmeric powder, a pinch
3 tsp - oil
for tadka: mustard, cumin & fenugreek
1/2 ltr - butter milk
salt to taste
