Tomato curry

Method
  1. In a pan heat oil, put tomato pieces, salt, green chillies (slit) and close the pan.
  2. Let it cook till soft and all the juice of tomato comes out.
  3. Dry roast white til and dry coconut in another pan and grind to a powder.
  4. After the tomato gets cooked, add the above powder and mix well; red chilli powder and some more oil (2-3 spoons)
  5. Decorate with corainder leaves
  6. Can be served with chapathi, pulao, rice, etc.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - tomato
2 tsp - oil
2-3 - green chillies
2-3 tsp - white til
2-3 tsp - dry coconut
salt to taste
2-3 tsp - red chilli powder
