Method
- In a pan heat oil, put tomato pieces, salt, green chillies (slit) and close the pan.
- Let it cook till soft and all the juice of tomato comes out.
- Dry roast white til and dry coconut in another pan and grind to a powder.
- After the tomato gets cooked, add the above powder and mix well; red chilli powder and some more oil (2-3 spoons)
- Decorate with corainder leaves
- Can be served with chapathi, pulao, rice, etc.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - tomato
2 tsp - oil
2-3 - green chillies
2-3 tsp - white til
2-3 tsp - dry coconut
salt to taste
2-3 tsp - red chilli powder
