Method
  1. Cut brinjals into four pieces and put in salt water.
  2. Wash rice and soak.
  3. Heat oil in pressure pan
  4. Add jeera, onions and saute.
  5. Now add brinjals, salt, turmeric powder, green chillies.
  6. Fry till brinjals become a bit soft.
  7. Add garam masala, chilli powder
  8. Add rice and fry for further 2 min.
  9. Add 3 cups of water and close lid.
  10. After two whistles put off the flame.
  11. Now serve it.

2 - green chilles (cut in length)
1 - onion (large finely chopped)
1 tsp - jeera
1/2 tsp - turmeric
