Method
  1. Remove sprouted moong from mixture,add all above ingrediants except oil.
  2. Mix well. Keep consistancy as dosa.
  3. Heat non-stick flat pan leave oil by tsp.
  4. Pour mixture on pan & make a dosa.
  5. Shake well by leaving oil 2 sides.
  6. Hariyali dosa is ready.
  7. Serve with dahi/any chutney/sauce.
Ingredients:
1 cup - sprouted green moong
1/2 cup - fine chopped spinach
1/2 cup - rice flour
1/2 cup - nachani flour
1tbsp - chopped coriander
1tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
green chilli paste as per taste
salt to taste
a pinch of hing powder
1/2 tsp - crushed cumin seeds
1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
1tsp - lemon juice
coconut water
vegetable oil
